Our Cancellation Policy

Standard Season

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• 29 to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount will be charged
• 13 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total booking amount will be charged
• No-show: 100% of the total arrangement price will be charged
• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

Exception: 20 December 2026 – 3 January 2027 and 1 February 2027 – 8 March 2027

• Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
• 59 to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total booking amount will be charged
• 29 to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount will be charged,
• 13 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total booking amount will be charged
• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

Deposit

The deposit will be retained as an administration fee in all cases and converted into a voucher.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

Under the section "European Travel Cancellation Insurance", we offer our guests the option to purchase travel cancellation insurance.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with our partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung (ERV). This insurance also covers Covid-19-related issues.

To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 20 % of the total amount. You will receive all further details with your reservation confirmation.

Discounts for children sharing a room with 2 full-paying adults:
0 – 2 years: 100%
3 – 5 years: 70%
6 – 10 years: 50%
11 – 14 years: 30%
15 + years: 10%
Crib supplement: EUR 15,00 per day 

The local tax incl. mobility fee of € 2.45 per person per night (from 15 years) is not included in the room rate.

Guest Mobility Ticket:
Enjoy free use of public transport throughout the SalzburgerLand region starting from your arrival. If you wish to use the ticket already for your journey to us by public transport, please contact our reception in advance. 

More Information

Every Wednesday we celebrate our “in-house holiday” to give our hardworking team a well-deserved break. On this day, our restaurant remains closed.

We are happy to organise a culinary experience in selected local restaurants for you.

Deduction from daily rate: € 25.00 

We warmly welcome your four-legged companions at Der Gollinger! Please let us know at the time of your inquiry that you are bringing your dog – so we can offer you a suitable room. Our rooms with durable wood-vinyl floors are ideal for a stay with dogs.

We charge € 25.00 per dog per day (without food). To ensure your pet feels comfortable, we kindly ask you to bring your own dog bed. Dog waste bags ("Hundesackerl") are available throughout the municipality.
