Cancellation information
Our cancellation policy
Up to 30 days before arrival no cancellation fees will be charged
29 till 14 days before arrival 70 % of the total arrangement price
Afterwards 90 % of the total arrangement price
In case of No-show 100 % of the total arrangement price
In case of early departure we charge the room price of the remaining nights.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with our partner, the "Europäische Reiserücktrittsversicherung". This insurance now also covers cases relating to Covid-19, which you can easily take out online via this link.

We celebrate our "in-house holiday" on Wednesdays.
On this day, the hard-working hands of our employees can treat themselves to a well-deserved break, which is why the Gollinger restaurant is closed. We are therefore happy to organise a culinary pleasure trip to selected restaurants for you every Wednesday. (Deduction from the daily price: € 25,00 in winter)
